CMB2 Meta Split plugin updated for slicker code and an option.
A simple solution to a simple problem
The CMB2 Meta Split plugin will take care, as the name suggests, of splitting the meta the Custom Meta Boxes 2 plugin will store in the database.
To keep track of the order of things meta values, both for post and users, will be stored in a serialized array by the Custom Meta Boxes 2 plugin: that makes total sense but does not lend itself to meta queries.
In an attempt to solve that problem the plugin will “duplicate” the meta values storing a meta query usable version of each field.
